Plans
Sparkian offers a Free plan and paid tiers. Every plan runs on the same Sparks system. The paid plans include a larger monthly Spark allowance, plus higher limits on things like knowledge base storage, chat history, seats, and file uploads.

Managing your plan
Settings → Billing shows your current plan, Sparks balance and renewal date, and usage against your plan’s seats, workspaces, and knowledge base limits, alongside cards for every plan so you can upgrade directly. Billing can be switched between monthly and annual pricing.
Downgrading a paid plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period, you keep paid access until then.
How plan Sparks work
- Your plan’s monthly Spark allowance refreshes each billing period and does not roll over.
- You can buy a one-time Spark top-up on any plan, including Free, if you need more before your next refresh — from Settings → Billing → Add Sparks. Purchased Sparks are used only after your plan’s monthly allowance runs out, and expire one year after purchase.
Model access
Some models are limited by plan. In the model picker, a model shows:
- Available to select
- Sign in — usable once you’re signed in, even on the Free plan
- Locked — requires a paid plan
Seats and workspaces
Paid plans include a set number of seats and workspaces. You can add extra seats beyond what’s included for a per-seat monthly fee — add-on seats are available on paid plans only. See Workspaces for how members and roles work once you have a seat.
